The next three are more run of the mill fare - "The Good's Gone" A moody mod track. Not all that, but distinctive. Then "La la la Lies" Sixties bop that's quite toe tappy. "Much To Much" Beach boys harmonies are attempted here, which for some reason always amuses me. Here you have The Who's first album. The swinging sixties had just met the band who were going to stick the boot in. "Out In The Street" has an introduction that is eerily familiar to the Who fan ear. The rhythm guitar strumming for the first few bars show how "Anyway Anyhow Anywhere" was already in the pipeline. This track however develops into the sixties sound of rock with a few disturbances in an arty way, of Pete's guitar. Surprisingly matured kicking sound considering their collective youth.
