All The Right Reasons - Nickelback
by Recon - written on 30/01/08 (Useful, 32 readings)
Rating:
but includes some songs that I don t like as much, which bring down the rating. With most bands, I really like some of their songs, and hate others. With Nickelback , I love most of their songs but some aren t as appealing. This is the fifth studio album released by Nickelback, the post-grunge/rock Canadian band. They sold more than 60,000 copies in it s first week having been released, which topped their other albums. My favourite song from this CD has to be Rock Star, as it is one of their newer songs and really cool. I love the background bass and the music in general. The chorus really makes the song louder, but isn t like some hardcore rock chorus, it just makes ...

All The Right Reasons - Nickelback
by ManUtdBoi - written on 07/01/06 (Very useful, 991 readings)
Rating:
Since 2001 and the release of the bands third studio album, post-grunge outfit Nickelback have fallen relatively flat. Sales of the bands latest disc, aptly titled The Long Road (to failure some may say) sunk below the expected mark and left the band with a reputation for simply being an early 90 s imitation. The band have taken their fair share of criticism since hitting the scene with the massive, yet overplayed How You Remind Me , a track which gained number 1 status in the UK singles chart, a rare feat for any rock band - and despite said criticism, the Canadian rockers have chosen to change very little; a move which is likely to gain them few new fans. Working ...

Silver Side Up - Nickelback
by Huge Mania - written on 13/02/02 (Useful, 12 readings)
Rating:
Band: This is a young Canadian band, which first came to fame after their album ‘The State’. They play rock which is not too hard, but really gets you moving. The Album: I first bought the album quite a while ago, but this Christmas it was no.1 in the U.S. I have found that it is very relaxing and is perfect music to listen to either to wind up or wind down. That may sound confusing, but the blend of songs range from a soft depressing tune, to tunes which make you jump up and shout. This blend of tunes is probably the best thing about this album. The album never becomes to repetitive, like Green Day where after a while you forget which song you are ...
