Today, tomorrow and forever is both a great name for an Elvis CD collection and an Ironic one, Ironic because this documents the music of the great man from 1954 to 1976 and he was to die the following year, yet great because his music has lived and will live on forever.

This set of four CD`s features some of the best Elvis tracks of all time alongside some previously rereleased and very rare tracks, one of the rare recordings is "harbour lights" which was actually one of the first tracks ever recorded by the king but it was pushed aside after he recorded "thats all right mama" and it took the world by storm.

There are some true classics on the album also such as "heartbreak hotel, are you lonesome tonight, G.I. blues and many, many more. One thing you always get with any Elvis album is a great range of music types and this is no different, we have a little bit of gospel and of course some great rock and roll as well as a superb selection of ballads.

I love pretty much everything to do with Elvis and therefore I tend to recommend most of his albums but there really is something a little bit special about this collection and no true fan should be without it in their collection.
