Advantages: great tracks, good price

Disadvantages: Not widely available

I am a nineties kid through and through, it's definitely the best time to grow up in. Though saying that I found I only had one of the Top of the Pops CDs from the time - the Top of the Pops '99 Volume Two.

This particular 90s CD can be recognised by its orange cover. Around the Top of the Pops logo there are lots of circles with artis's heads in, such as Lolly, The Cartoons and S Club Seven. This gives you a little preview of what can be found inside. There are two Cds inside, with a total of 39 tracks spread out across the both of them. I wont tell you all the tracks as I will let you discover their wonders for yourself, but I shall talk about just a few of my favourites!

One track i love is on the first disk, and is man I Feel Like a Woman by Shania Twain. it is a very lively track, with a lot of beat to it! It is also an iconic song for women everywhere! Definitely one to get the party started! "The best thing about being a woman, is the perogative to have a little fun!"

Mama Mia by the A Teens is also an amazing track. I do like the original version of this song, but I feel the newer version here is alot more up beat with a more modern take on the song. It is definitely worth a listen, even if you are an Abba Fanatic! "Mama mia, here I go again!"

Lolly's Mickey is one of the songs in the soundtrack of my childhood. It is one lively dancey track that my friends and I used to perform to in the school playground. Never since then has there been such an iconic song for my childhood, I love it! "Oh Mickey, what a pitty, you cant understand! You take me by the heart and you take me by the hand!"

This is definitely a fantastic album, but is it money valued? You cannot really buy this in stores now, but it is available on line in places such as Amazon, for as little as 1p! Not with that price you really cannot go wrong can you! There is such a wide variety on the CD that there is bound to be something for you, and even ifyou are not a nineties child the music is still worth a listen to!
