R. Kelly released his fourth album in 2000, and just as many new acts had come up on the scene, he took it upon himself to capitalise upon the success which he had on his album prior to this, "R." (a double-album) to make a full transformation and progress with the times and take on what the new phase of R&B had to offer in the way which only he could. Doing this, he was sure to remind listeners of where he had come from by using "TP-2.com as the title, referring his solo debut, "12 Play". 1. "TP-2" (Intro) 2. R.Kelly’s fifth album is definitely one of the best RnB albums I have heard. It is soulful, funky and he has such a good voice. He has definitely matured and this sees him becoming more thoughtful at times and some of the time downright sexy. This album has 19 tracks, which adds to the value for money of this album. I think the soulful feel of this album was down to the death of his mother, who he was very close to. His song from his last album If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time was dedicated to her, as is I Wish from this album. Tracks 1. R.Kelly has come back with an album of all sorts. Named as the sequel to his album called 'Twelve Play' this album holds some great tracks and some altogether poor ones. The whole album is produced and recorded by the man himself and this is a testament to R.Kelly. Tracks to listen to include the amazingly soulful 'Strip for You' and the released single 'I wish'. 'I wish' is a song dedicated to R.Kellys mother but the lyrics can be translated for anyone who has endured the loss of someone close to their heart. The song featunring Jadakiss called 'fiesta' is probably the only track on the album with phat ... Read the complete review

R Kelly is the man!! He has don’t it again and proving that he is more then a one hit wonder. It has some new and dancey, catchy tunes and is is better than his previous album. The music is just so good, and it is quality which he is producing. The meanings of the songs, the words, the beats sometimes you get lost but if listen carefully then you will see realise what he is on about and understand the deep powerful meanings. It contains a variety of styles and r n b lovers should love this album!!! ... Read the complete review
