... album is a diversion from Doro’s normal output in that it is predominately ballads, and not the usual mix of one or two ballads, with the rest being full blown heavy metal/hard rock. There really are some beautiful tracks here, such as The Fortuneteller, Angels Never Cry and Fall For Me Again amongst others – and they really show off Doro’s singing talents to the full. This is by far my favourite Doro album (although I don’t think it ever got a release in the UK). Listening to this album for the first time was quite a shock, but a pleasant one, as I expected it to be the same as the rest of the releases from the Queen of Heavy Metal. This album is a diversion from Doro’s normal output in that it is predominately ballads, and not the usual mix of one or two ballads, with the rest being full blown heavy metal/hard rock.
