True Romance is the debut album by Golden Silvers, I have to say that without much connection to British media, I'd never heard of them before and only ended up giving this album a go due to it being a latest album by an act at Glastonbury and I decided to review each band taking part! I was relatively impressed with these guys though, behind their somewhat jokey novelty look lie a relatively talented band who have some catchy synths and unique vocals coming from singer Gwilym Gold, some Peter Hookish bass lines coming from Ben Moorhouse's bass and tight drumming from Robden Alexis Nunez.
