The skits get very annoying after a while and the cover of Kim Wilde's "Kids in America" gets tiresome but you definately can't fault their enthusiasm on each track. "Mama Say" samples Michael Jackson's "Wanna Be Startin Somethin" and the raps on this are actually quite good. The funniest track on this CD is "Your'e Pretty When I'm Drunk". You c...more

Premium Review Use Your Fingers - Bloodhound Gang: Pretty when I'm Drunk (328 words)

"Use Your Fingers" is an album from the Bloodhound Gang. I bought in mistake when I was younger thinking that that song "The Bad Touch" which was popular a few years ago was on it. I was cleaning out my room a few weeks ago and low and behold here was "Use Your Fingers" looking up at me. So I gave it a spin and here are my findings: The album is nineteen tracks long but a few of them are skits. If you enjoy toilet humour and find Blink 182 lyrics amusing then you are in for a treat because this whole album is rude, stupid, funny and downright offensive to some groups of people. Premium Review They Are The Knuckleheads (650 words)

Use Your Fingers in an album that's been languishing in my CD collection since it was first released in 1995. It's the first studio album by the Bloodhound Gang and is definitely not one that will appeal to all. If the cover itself doesn't give you an indication of the crude daftness of the Bloodhound Gang then perhaps the CD will. Before even inserting it into the player you're presented with a somewhat childish gag as the print on the CD asks 'What's stupid, smelly, boring and likes the Bloodhound Gang? (See reverse side for details).' The first track on the album, 'Rip Taylor is God,' describes the Bloodhound Gang as 'half-witted white trash crotch ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Use Your Fingers - Bloodhound Gang: Number 1 (133 words)

"Use Your Fingers" is a great album if you want music to make you laugh! The lyrics are as dirty as you can imagine, and the music is unique in the way it sounds and feels. All of the extra soundbites in between the songs stop you from taking the music too seriously, and some of them are particularly weird! My favourite tracks are "Pretty When i'm Drunk" (Why has nobody else tried anything like this?) and "Legend in my Spare Time". This has a great beat and could be a chart hit if they changed the lyrics but the fact that it's too old may stop them. If you liked "Hooray for Boobies" then you'll like this. ...  Read the complete review
