Vanessa Amorosi hails from Australia and recently had the accolade of singing her chart hit 'Absolutely Everybody' at the Olympic Games.

'The Power' is typical chart pop, with upbeat melodies and lyrics.

'Absolutely Everybody' stayed in the Australian chart for six months and has reached number seven in our charts. The third track which is a mid-tempo ballad 'Shine' is to be her next single and is a slower number but has just as much appeal.

'How Y' Livin' has a Jennifer Lopez sound and in true R'n'B style has a rap section in it.

‘The Power’ and ‘Pray For Love’ are catchy dance anthems.

'Get Here' the bonus track is an Oleta Adams cover.

Vanessa has co-written most of the songs on 'The power' and has the voice and talent to succeed.
