It opens with a simple drum beat and some southern rock bluesy riffs. I love some of the guitar work on this track, This is not the best track on the album but it is still a very good track indeed with a great appeal.
4.) Way
This opens with some gentle guitar and strings which are joined by a gentle bass guitar lick. Johnny Van Zant's voice then comes in and the instruments develop and then there's a guitar melody which sounds a little like Dire Straits Money fo...more |

**Introduction** Following on from my last review of Lynyrd Skynyrd's album The Last Rebel which was released in 1993, I had a look at the other Lynyrd Skynyrd albums listed on dooyoo and realised that Vicious Cycle was not listed so I requested it as I decided to follow up my review of The Last Rebel with this album.
