Drifters turn in ' Kissing In The Back Row' which is more subtle. Some pleasing harmonies and images of snuggling up your sweetheart come to mind. For something totally different, 'Popcorn' conjures up memories of French discotheques and cocktails.
Tony Christie pops up with his original 'Amarillo' and his crooning voice will settle any nervous minds. Another crooner, Mr Tom Jones does the rousing 'Help Yourself.' It is short and sweet and full of happy spirit.

We all like a good bit of cheesy pop music every now and then. It brightens our mood and gets us up on a dancefloor. Three discs here of retro sounds, though it might help to be an old timer to recognise some of them on here! All of them pre-date me, but I quite a lot of the tracks strike a chord of familiarity. The Archies' 'Sugar Sugar' is insanely annoying, never have the lyrics matched the mood of the song so well...sickly!
