I have always been a massive Coldplay fan and I wasn't sure about this album inititally. However, after a few listens, I can honestly say that it has fast become one of my favourite Coldplay albums.

The big hit 'Viva La Vida' is an awesome track and you just can't help but to sing along to it. The type of music on this album is quite different to what Coldplay have done before, which is pretty brave of them as they had always been successful. Personally, I love that they have the guts to try different things and feel as though it really pays on with this CD.

After buying the CD, I went to see Coldplay on tour and I don't listen to the CD in the same way anymore. Every song reminds me of them singing it in concert (by the way, if you haven't seen Coldplay live - DO IT!).

Overall, I think this is a really great CD, a bit different to your classic Coldplay but it's still a hit in my eyes!
