WALK WITH ME is the title of British pop star JAMELIA's album.
The album features 12 tracks which I will review.

The opening song SOMETHING ABOUT YOU is a good dance track. The chorus is really catchy with a strong attitude helped by the funky instrumental support.

DO ME RIGHT borders on having corny lyrics, though Jamelia's seductive vocals brighten up the song aided by the soothing melodies.

WINDOW SHOPPING is an energetic number with a positive vibe that cranks up a notch at the chorus and has a quick paced finale.

KNOW MY NAME is a mellow track with some nice lyrics although it is the vocals which are on top form that lighten up at the chorus to create a feel good factor.

NO MORE has a beautiful intro which brings in some sexy vocals that ooze smoothness and caress the melodies which flow along.

AIN'T A LOVE i wasn't so keen on due to the cheesy lyrics and lack of vigour in the vocal department.

LA LA LOVE follows the previous song as it's lacklustre and the lyrics are corny while the instrumental support is poor.

My favourite song on the album is GO which is a fast paced energetic track with her vocals back on form while the instrumental support is superb and the rhythm funky.

GET UP GET OUT lacks the genuine emotion the song is going for with the vocals not expressing enought heartfelt harmonies.

BEWARE OF THE DOG is a song with an aggressive attitude which makes a refreshing change in this album and shows that Jamelia can change her range.

GOT IT SO GOOD is quite mushy although it has a positive vibe and pleasant lyrics that are only bettered by the vocals.

HUSTLE is the last song on the album and while the lyrics are lame the vocals are full of vigour which are impressive especially at the finale.

Overall, this is a decent album. The lyrics are mainly good although quite cheesy at times. The songs are a mix of fast and slow where I think the faster songs suit her style more. The melodies and rhythms are good and her vocals are very strong.

Avaliable from AMAZON at £4.98 this is a fair album.
