The latest album from Barton and Hayden Strom's Antix is fairly boring progressive trance that disappointingly avoids being too progressive, and sees the Danish brothers relying instead on tedious repetition of fairly boring sounds and beats. I'm not the biggest electronic music fan, but I was able to appreciate the first two tracks, despite their unreasonable length, for actually evolving along the way and including some interesting samples to enhance the psychedelic atmosphere, but after this point the album forsakes much of this eeriness and instead relies on uninspired minimalism for ten minutes at a time.
