The band has a very different sound to them compared to any other Post-hardcore band i have ever heard. Rating:

'Alexisonfire' pronounced Alexis-On-Fire hailing from Saint Catherines, Ontario, Canada are a five-piece Post-hardcore band. Having already had a major release with their first album named after the band itself, they dicided to release their second full length release 'Watch Out!' in June 2004, the album later becoming Platinum Certified in April 2007. This album has been said to be more structured than the last album and even contains more of the guitarist 'Dallas Green's' Clean Vocals. Earth And Sphere - Beyond The Sixth Seal
Competent melodic death metal in the style of Amon Amarth. Americans can't play melodic death metal.

The Con - Tegan & Sara
Infectious beats, sing-along vocals - intelligent pop that will make you reassess the genre. Well maybe that it's a bit short, but that's really just a backhanded compliment isn't it?!

So Jealous - Tegan & Sara
Very approachable music, cute music, infectiously catchy songs Might not be to everyones tastes of music

Shot Forth Self Living - Medicine
Pushing the boundaries of Indie rock Definately caterting to the niche market

Kc Rules Ok - King Creosote
Quirky Folky Fun Not to everyones "taste"

Absolute Purity - Alas
Erik Rutan's guitars and Howard Davis' drums are mostly quite good. Weak.

Battered Drain - Auschwitz 46
Decent imitation of nineties industrial rock. No defining characteristics.
