*Introduction* This was the third album from Irish boyband Westlife. In terms of singles, it spawned several and these included Queen O My Heart, Bop Bop Baby, Uptown Girl and World Of Our Own, as well as Evergreen. This track was not released as a single by Westlife, but it became Will Young's debut single after he won the first series of Pop Idol. *My Favourite Tracks* 4. Uptown Girl This is a cover of the Billy Joel classic and was released for Comic Relief a few years ago. It is a fairly upbeat track and quite fun to listen to, as you might expect from a charity single. Some people may find it a bit cheesy, especially in ... Read the complete review

Westlife have always been one of my favourite bands. Now I know that this is not something that most 18 year-olds, or come to think of it most people, will easily admit to but it's the truth. Since sorting out my bedroom my CD collection has come to lodge on my desk system, where it should be, and so I can now easily see the CD's I have. This has dually led me to start re-playing some of my older albums and it is whilst doing this that I have decided to write reviews on my Westlife collection of CD's. Before I start however I thought I'd tell you a little about the band. Westlife are an Irish pop band that was formed in 1998 with five members Shane, Bryan, ... Read the complete review

I know they are often mocked and they spend half their life on stools doing ballads, but their albums are often a pleasant treat. This is one of their stronger efforts, with plenty of feisty numbers and reliable ballads. Who are they: Irish boyband comprising Shane, Mark, Kian, Nicky and formally Bryan, who left to pursure a solo career. On this album: 'Queen Of My Heart' gets things underway and is a slow plodding ballad with so much sentimental charm it is just overly sickly. I tend to skip this one and head for the next track 'Bop Bop Baby'. This is more engaging, a lively poppy number with a hooky chorus and a mid-tempo ... Read the complete review

Well I have never really thought anything of this group before and only bought this album because I liked their song "When your'e looking like that" which I really liked. But like I say I bought this because i liked their recent chart hit so as I do not know much about Westlife as a group I will give you what I think of the albums songs then after this I'll give you my Impression of the album Itself. 1 - Queen of my Heart Quite a slow song this one and It Is a bit of a mix of a ballad and a love song, the sort of song that you can listen to when holding someone that you love. 2 - Bop Bop Baby The piano Intro reminds me a ... Westlife, undoubtfully have had a impeccable number of successfull years. There's no questioning there musical talent and there great power to an extent that always satisfies there fans. A Boy Band filled with Incrediable Vocal Talents can only be Westlife. Westlife have previously had two impressive albums that have been strong but smooth albums. Westlife later annouced that there third album, would mark something different for them selfs with some up-tempo numbers. This Album has an impressive sound to it. All Westlife fans probabally made sure that this was in there album sack as soon it was released. I think this is a strong album with some ... Read the complete review
