It has them doing a track which sounds like it could have come from Funkadelic in the early seventies, in terms of the lyrics, as they are completely nonsensical, but convey the ideas perfectly for them as they do their thing.

In 1980 the Ohio-based Funk band Zapp released their self-entitled debut album. Taking much of their influence from the work of P-Funk artists of the late seventies, brothers: Tony, Jerry, Lester, Larry and Roger Troutman (the latter two of whom died violently in 1999), made music which went on to become a staple part of Hip Hop (which developed as they did around this time).The stand-out feature of the group is the fact that the then lead vocalist, upon seeing it demonstrated by Stevie Wonder, plays the voice-modifying device, The Talk Box, in almost all of their tracks. 1.
