The Academy is my favourite place in the world for a concert. It is not too big, but its not too small, the stage is the right height, the atmosphere is wicked and there are two bars...which is always good. Another good thing about the Academy is the price, this is mainly because it is part of the University, but it is still much better prices than The Apollo and MEN arena in Manchester which aren't as good...although I do love the Apollo too....but the Academy is still my firm favourite. I saw Incubus for a mere £8, yes, just £8! last year, which was WICKED. Another reason for my love of the Academy is the fact that they get some really wicked bands ...
