Advantages: Good fun, free, workshops

Disadvantages: cold, you need alot of patients, people ruin it

this is a festival for you moshers out there! it comes once a year and it is toally free. Its in hukll and the next one is on the 2nd april.

There are plenty of workshops and things to do. My favourite is the breakdancing workshop where you learn to breakdance.

I don't know who's playing this year as i haven't seen any flyers but i suspect it will be some heavy metal band.

I know this is a short opinion but its all u ened to know really.

here are the disadvantages:
1) its cold and you walk around all day
2) Some of the bands arent good at all.
3) You need alot of time to practice the breakdancing and alot of patience.
4) its in hull so many of you wont be able to come
5) it lasts for a week so its old news really.

At the impro festival its a brilliant atmosphere and there are lots of crowd so its also busy like 24/7. There is alot of traffic james on the way and the workshops arent always inside so you can get cold.

its quite a nice atmosphere if its sunny but hcances are, seeing as its hull, it probably wont be sunny,

Its very colourful and lots of townies will be there chucking bottles and stuff at you..

and theres alot of marylin manson wannabees ruining it all by chucking stuff if the band arent good.

Not many people who go appreciate it. infact many little do.

thankyou for reading!

It does need a lot more! Metal? What bands have played before? How easy/hard is it to get there? What about these workshops? What are they?

Me too - never heard of it.
It is possible for ANYONE to get to Hull - I've been there myself - but it's not the kind of place that springs to mind for a cultural day out, I'm afraid.
