Advantages: Really good sound, all the hits you would want to hear

Disadvantages: None apart from only manging to see them once on the tour!!!!

I went to see the Stereophonics at Nottingham Ice arena in December on the same tour as an earlier reviewer and can agree totally with all the comments that were made - so it looks as though they are also a consistent band.

Sometimes you can find that the venue for the gig can make it a completely different experience but I think here we just have a fantastic live band . I won't bother with the set list as we will be here forever , but it really was a greatest hits tour so I don't think there was anything significant that was left out.

They just kept playing and playing I know there were times when I'd think - I know they haven't played Dakota yet but I can't think of anything they haven't played - thay would launch into another track and you'd suddenly realise there was still more to come.

Many of the tracks were played with an electric string quartet which gave the songs a real modern feel, the light show was fantastic, the only criticism I would have was that some of the screens were too far apart so you couldn't read the writing that was displayed.

There were also two large TV screens at the side of the audience that were fantastic quality and great for a little short person like me to be able to see the band properly.

When they tour again, if you vauguely like their music do try to see them. You won't be disappointed by the quality of the show and it will be a fantastic nights entertainment
