“ Brand: Benetton / Type: Nappies „
Well I must admit that when Benneton first came out with these nappies I didn't give them a second look. I was happy with the brand I was using and I was not all that mad on the idea of a clothing company making nappies (felt like to much designer going everywhere I thought). BUT we have just been away on holiday (in Denmark) and I didn't bring nappies with me having decided to buy them there. The Benneton nappies where the ones that came in the smallest pack so I bought them for my 8 month old thinking for one week they will be fine. Well they where GREAT. No nappy rash no marks from anything rubbing her anyplace, and a happy little girl. After the first change where a little of the yellow nappy was peeping out and I thought that she had done a massive number 2 and I had a good laugh over it I actually started to like the design. I guess that once you find the humour in a situation it always looks nicer. Well we came home again with 10 nappies and we went back to our old brand and.. Nappy rash same day. back into the Benneton nappy no rash.. Now my problem is that my local Sainsbury's no longer stocks them and well now I want some but I have NO idea where to get them.. A great nappy I will definitely be buying them again (IF I can find them <g>)
wonderful nappies bright and fun although if like me you dress your baby in pastel colours they do show through their clothes. They are slightly more expensive than other leading brands and very difficult to get hold of only a limited number of shops stock these. I would not be as willing to recommend mainly due to their scarcity but if you come across them they are worth a try. We had no leaks or tape-trouble which is beneficial.
HELP Savacentre have stopped stocking these nappies, so I'll have to find another brand, or get him potty trained quickly. My 2 1/2 year old son is quite large for his age, and has always been in the size above, what is reputed(?) to be the norm. I now need to use the extra large size. After using pampers nearly all of the time, i continued with their extra large size. Although they fitted fine, the quality did not feel as good and he developed the most awful nappy rash with them. I then went on to try Boots own make, but found I had leaks with them. Eventually, I found Bennaton nappies in Savacentre. Although I don't approve of some of their advertising campaigns, I gave them a go. Also, from what I've seen, the only makes of extra large nappies are Pampers, Boots and Benaton. They really are very good. They fit perfectly, no leaks and no nappy rash. They are also very jazzy! I would recommend these to anyone needing extra large nappies. If only my son would stop laughing at me every time I try him on the loo, I wouldn't have these problems!!!
