The best thing I ever did was to switch nappy creams. I started off using the tried and tested Sudocream until my baby's bottom became red and it didn't seem to be clearing at all. My health Visitor advised switching nappy creams and as I shop at Sainsbury's, bought their own brand. I am happy to say that the redness cleared and he has been fine since. It is less expensive, and doesn't have a perfumey smell which is reassuring.

Sainsburys have such a great selection of nappy creams and baby wipes but their own brand is briliant. they are just as good as big named brands (better I think) but are so much cheaper. sainburys wipes come in two different types normal and fragrence free and have just the right wetness not to wet but not too dry like some and are the chapest ones I've found only £1.29 a packet of 80 or 4 packs of 80 for £3.99 and remember you can you you reward card so it saves even more money there! I think they are also very smooth on my babys bottom, of a good quality and wipe well. The cream in there is also very good and is briliant on nappy rash this is also brilliantly priced at just £2.99 for a big tub.
