Aruba ... Falcón State, Venezuela. It is in the Realm of Kingdom of the Netherlands, which consists of a European part (The Netherlands) and a Caribbean-American part (Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles). Unlike much of the Caribbean-American region, Aruba has a dry climate and an arid, cactus-strewn landscape. This climate has helped tourism as visitors to the island can reliably expect warm sunny weather. It has a land area of 193 km² and lies outside of the hurricane belt.

Aruba, the kind of island you dream about. Its exactly what you see in the holiday brochures, sunny white sand beaches, clear blue sea, fantastic weather and loads of water sports. When I went there 2 years ago now, it was by far the best place I have ever been to. I mean, it only rains an average of one day a year, and everywhere on the island is so nice to visit. So I'll try to put into words how amazing this place is to visit... Getting There ------------------- The way I did it is probably the best way to get there. Bon vini Aruba (in their local language called "papiamento" means "Welcome to Aruba") is what your passport will say if you come to this friendly island, or as they call it, and you'll also be able to read in that funny stamp with palms, "one happy island". Happy indeed. The island is a paradise for families or lovers. It's also a well known resort from windsurfers, so the youth that enjoy this kind of water activities will find their place in here too.
