I got back from my holiday in East Asia a while ago, so I thought I?d give you my account, sorry about the lack of prices etc, my parents don?t tell me them. Travel We travelled via Amsterdam from Newcastle Airport on New Years Eve 2003. We took off about midday, and by he time we got to Amsterdam it was about 5 o? clock and the sun was going down. After a quick run through the airport (be warned, the airport is massive, and sometimes the transfer flights are on the other side of the airport. Wear comfortable shoes, you?ll be glad of them when you find your self running faster than you ... Read the complete review

Only then VISA came to my rescue (not without a bit of prodding and arguing and threatening legal action, but that's another episode...) with a refund. *** Moral so far: always pay for expensive goods by credit card - you're more likely to get a refund if things go wrong *** Of course I don't often write in the travel category (at least not as ... Ok...there was no section for Kyrgystan in the travel bit !! :( So instead of leaving this small ex Soviet republic neglected in the eyes of Dooyoo, I thought I'd post an opinion in the Asia bit instead :D General Info :- Having just come back from a World Challenge trekking expedition to Kyrgyzstan, I felt I had to write on what I thought was a lovely country on the whole. Having never heard of the place before when our destination was announced (let alone being able to spell it!), I now fully intend to return someday and sample all of the countrys delights again. Kyrgyzstan is an ex Soviet republic bordering Uzbekistan, China and Russia ... Read the complete review

In the southeastern part of Asia, right below China and above Indonesia, lies a mystical place called Philippines - a country composed of 7,107 islands – teeming with exotic tourist spots.
