Austin has been nicked named live music capital of the world and it tries to live up to this reputation. 6th street is full of bars and clubs of differing sorts and these provide everyone with somewhere to go. The street is alive with entertainment at the weekend and any music lover won't be disappointed. Austin is a university city and this shows.
