Jerudong park is akin to Disneyland but with the exception that all the rides are FREE. Yup, I kid you not. You can go on the roller coasters ten times if you want and even if you are the only person there, they'll run it for you. Bandar Seri begawan the capital of Brunei Darussalam is every bit as interesting as watching paint dry. If you are looking for excitement and have insomnia do not even go anywhere near it. Everyone is at home watching satellite television, which leaves you, the visitor, wondering what to do besides walk around the deserted streets. If you are lucky you might come across the night market which sells mainly local delicacies. The grilled fish is excellent value for money and tasty too. Don't be out after 9.00 pm or you may find yourself walking down empty streets and be the only person about. Don't expect any pubs, clubs or entertainment outlets as Brunei ...
