A bit trashy (Benidorm)

I wouldn't rate Benidorm as one of my favourite places to go! Maybe it has got better recently, with any luck but I was there a few years ago and it was pretty nasty! If you're about 18 and don't really care where you are it's maybe ok. There's plenty of tacky 'restaurants' where you are guaranteed an all day fry and endless repeats of only fools and horses on the television day and night if that's what you want to come on holiday for! Its hard to see the sun with all the high rised apartment blocks blocking it out so my advice is go to the beach which is probably the nicest part of Benidorm! As for the hotel we stayed in, the security guard broke in a robbed us during the night as I caught him red handed so be careful with your belongings at all times! The nightlife is good enough but there are quite a few scumbags about! Of course you will have to see Sticky Vicky perform if you are there as she is part of Benidorm culture! I believe the old town is meant to be nice! I'd maybe give it a go instead!
