Benidorm is so popular with the brits that you can barely hear spanish being spokken! Benidorm has a long row of skyscrapers the tallest being the grand bali hotel which is the tallest in europe.


the tourist industry in benidorm continues year round, due to the warm climate and varied night-life which happens in over 200 bars and clubs. There is a large number of free (and brilliant) cabaret acts that start around 2100 hours and continue into the early hours. this sets Benidorm apart from other similar resorts. take that, the beatles and meat loaf are particually good. a great comedian is tony scott at the stardust.

Benidorm has 2 great blue flag beaches: Llevante and Poniente. the Llevante is the most popular and nearest to the 'square' (where the pubs and clubs are).

the old town is beautiful and has its own harbour where you can catch a glass bottom boat to peacock island (just a rock in the sea but worth going once!)
