For my honeymoon last July we wemt to Benidorm and it was the best holiday that we have had had. I would definitely go back there again. Benidorm is in Spain in the Costa Blanca area of Spain. From the UK it takes around 2 and a half hours to get there. You fly to Alicante airport, and then take the coach to Benidorm which takes around 1 and half ... Read the complete review

After just getting back from my holiday in Benidorm, i feel i have to write an opinion about the place. Benidorm is Situated Approximately one hours drive from Alicante airport, along the Costa Blanca's coastline. Flightime from the Uk is around 2hrs 20 mins. The resort offers fantastic beaches, an old town - with a spanish feel- ... Read the complete review

Last year my wife and I decided that it would be a good idea if we had a week away in the middle of September and my wife had decided that as we have been to a few places in Spain, Benidorm would be a good place to try as we’ve never been to the Costa Blanca before. So after we’d paid, got our tickets, flown, arrived, etc. We ... Read the complete review

I've been to the Costa Blanca many times as my nan owned a apartment in the town of Calpe. Calpe is about 30km North of Benidorm, and is famous for it's "mini Gibralta Rock," Penon de Ifach. This is a great hulk of broken mountain that dominates the area, and provides a really beautiful focal point to Calpe. In the ... Read the complete review

Benidorm – Spain 1999 26 of us set out to take Benidorm by storm. A week holiday in a posh hotel. Caviar and champagne breakfast, and all the posh foods for dinner. Bangers and Mash would have sorted me just as well! An international and cosmopolitan resort, once a fishing town (a bloody long time ago!) and the old town ... Read the complete review

I've been going to Benidorm on the Costa Blanca for as long as i can remember. And yes, i've been there when it had the reputation for British lager-louts. Well, to set the record straight, its changed. Dramatically in fact. OK, yes, if you go there in the peak of summer it is incredibly busy, and you have streets of endless pubs ... Its a couple of years since I last visited Benidorm but I'm sure it has changed little. I have been there in the first week in January for the festival of the kings, which was excellent and the weather between the hours of 11am and about 3pm made it good enough to go in the pool-but did get a bit chilly on a night. March I found a bit windy. ... Read the complete review

Benidorm has something for everyone. This is a year round resort, with accomodation in every price range from luxury hotels to budget apartments. The winter months tend to be for the older folk, with tea dances, bowls and beach aerobics. The temperature is pleasant enough for a daily stroll along the beautifully kept beach and the palm tree lined ... Read the complete review

Dare to mention that you are going on holiday to Benidorm and you can see people trying not to smirk. Images of fish'n'chip shops, lager louts and Brits in union jack shorts spring to most people's minds. Quite unfairly in my opinion. In high summer I'm sure it can be horrendous, but off-season October - December, it is ... Read the complete review

I lived there for 6 months and took month long holidays there yearly for five years. It has something for everyone. Clubs for the party goers. Entertainment for all ages, quiet family run pubs, and pubs that love the kids. There are two parts `old` & `new` both have a lot to offer. The old town being the quietest. In the ...
