I know the name might put you off a bit as its virtually impossible to get right. Callela is a small town on the north eastern coast about 2 and a half hours north of Barcelona, this Callela is not to be mixed up with the other Callela which is just outside Barcelona. The is home to the 'La Siesta' holiday resort which is camping and caravanning and also has chalets amd cabins. The town itself is very charming, and if you go in july theres a good chance that you will catch the carnival of the sea, which is a big party held every year by the locals, with live music and a firework show and allsorts of things going on.
