Curacao ... largest and most populous of the three so-called ABC islands (for Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao) of the Lesser Antilles – specifically the Leeward Antilles – and belongs to the Netherlands Antilles, a self-governing part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Curaçao's capital is Willemstad.

When I was in the merchant navy it was back and to from England to Montreal, every other week you where in Canada, but the the snows came and we couldnt get up the St Lawrence so we had to do cruises out of New York round the West Indies/Caribbean and one of my favourite places was Curacao(not because of Happy Valley).
