Premium Review Prepare to be bored (by my review, not Florida itself!) (1274 words)

I went to Florida in January 2002 with three other lads – in fact, it was the last holiday I took before getting married. :-) I have very fond memories of Florida, and shall proceed to bore you with them now… After a very thorough security check at Orlando airport (this was only 4 months following the September 11th terrorist attacks, after all) we rented a car from Budget and drove to where we were staying the first night – we rented a private house not too far from Colonial Drive (not a bad little place but not exactly four star accommodation!). I’m not saying who it was but someone lost his driving licence and so couldn’t drive – and someone never heard ...

Premium Review Villa v Hotel (415 words)

We've been coming to Florida for 14 years. Sadly the first time was a disaster as me, hubby and 3 children were all holed up together in one hotel room. Not recommended! We must have looked the most miserable family there. Also eating out may be quite cheap -but when it is twice a day x 5 plus snacks and drinks-the bill really adds up. Also the hotel pool got barely touched-as we were so keen to get full use out of our Disney passes. We didn't go back for another 8 years and thankfully we have learned something since then. I was born a raised in Sandestin, Florida and I can honestly say that if you want a truly beautiful holiday in Florida, try this one! The Gulf Coast is often overlooked as a FL destination for UK travellers who focus more on the overcrowded, over ratted, overly expensive Orlando. If you want a super fun and relaxing holiday for the whole family, try Sandestin. It's located on the Emerald Isle in the far top corner of the West Coast of Florida, near The Alabama border and offer much cleaner waters than that of the East Coast....as a matter of fact, it's called the "Emerlad Coast" for it's sugar soft white sand, clear blue green Carribean ...

Great weather, Stuff to see and do all year round, Easy to navigate on foot Nothing compared to Chicago or NYC's museum scene

Everything is great value, loads to do, amzing sights, exciting, loads to do, great food. Most people are really very friendly. New York is one of the best and greatest cities on this planet., Everything is really good value for money! Im not there now! Takes neally 8 hours to get there by plane and immigration is a little scary other than that you have to go!
