Kavos (Corfu)

Kavos...... probably the worst holiday i have ever encountered. It was small, wasp-infested and grimey. The place had bars full of repeats of Only Fools And Horses on all day, everyday. Why? I wanted to get away from Britain, not put up with UK Gold TV all day. A complete shambles. Ignorance-r-us. I have been to Greece before and been impressed with their culture but here i saw none of it. One star rating for the weather alone.

Kavos 09; I'm still in Mourning. This holiday was the most amazing ever; So amazing in fact that the two of us that went this year has grown to eight ready for Kavos 2010. Were not going until July & we are all literally rambling on about it everyday! :) KAVOS IS FOR THE IMMATURE PART IN EVERYONE; it's a beautiful place if your not too hungover to go and find out. hello me and my girlfriend went to kavos last week and our overall impresion was good but not for couples.. All we have to say is about Terrys Taverna which was the only restaurant in kavos without offers but with excellent actually amazing food, fabulous staff, great service and with very fair price.. we went there for the majority of our holidays and u shouldnt miss out its absolutely amazing!!!!

I went to Kavos on a club 18-30s holiday and it really was a holiday to remember for good and bad reasons. We had booked it looking for a lively place, where there was plenty to do at night, but also pretty scenic things to do in the day. We definitely got the lively part. We stayed in a hotel on the main strip, nievety made us think it would not be too noisey, but it definitely was. We got drunk most nights and learnt to sleep all day by the pool, when we could so that we could stay up all night. There was no way you could sleep until about 5 in the morning as it was so noisey. OK......i always read reviews before i go anywhere on holiday as i like to have an idea of what i am gonna get. Everything you are about to read is the absolute truth as i saw it!! I went to Kavos with 4 girlies on the 5th June 2009. On arrival the town looked grubby and dirty and appeared to be only one street covered in bars. As we were on an 18-30 hol this was gr8 for us but i would not reccommend this resort for families!!
