Advantages: Cheap deals on food, great weather, great nightlife

Disadvantages: PRs outside every bar, beach

Got back from Kavos a few days ago and had a great time! At first i was a bit worried about going because of all the dodgy reviews iv read but when we got there the positives definately outweighed the negatives! The beach is not that great and does smell a bit but that didnt really bother me and my mates cos we prefered to sit at the pool at our apartments. Who wants to get all sandy anyway?! The watersports on the beach looked quite good tho we didnt try any. You can get some great cheap deals on food in Kavos. The best one we had was 3 courses for 6.50euros plus free wine! It was definately the best meal we had on holiday. The PRs outsides the clubs and bars are quite intimidating- especially wen ur a girl and they're a guy and they think its ok to hold u and stop u from goin anywhere. It was quite scary on our first night but by the end of the week we were used to it and knew where we were going. I think one of the best bars was Buzz and we went to a club which i think was called Trinity because which was also good! Kavos is definately an 18-30 place. We saw a few families wandering around who looked a bit lost! Cocktails in bars are generally cheap and they always do deals on them such as 2 for 1 or 2 cocktails and 2 shots for 5 euros. However we were advised by our apartment owner to stick to bottles as u cant be sure that what they say is in the drink is really whats in in it. Some of the shots we did have tasted like they had no alcohol in them at all. Its quite easy to get hurt in Kavos with fights breaking out and people dancing on bars etc but you have to be careful as even though there are lots of surgeries open 24 hours, they'll charge you tons of money.
Me and my mates had a brilliant time in kavos and would definately go back if I found a good deal. Actually wish i was still there now!

Summary: Would definately go back!
