on arriving in Kavos at about 5am me and my 7mates first impression was what the fuck have we come to?! it looked like a shanti town. there were people fucked out of their faces everywhere. we were taken to a room to the side of the trabukos reception and sat in a circle by a very suspicious shifty lookin rep called craig. first things first we made our first mistake we booked up with 18-30 for five different things. cost 170 euro each. but was worth it really in the end.you only live once. there were 3 girls (including me) and 5 boys in our group. us girls stayed up on the first day to take a look around our new home for the next two weeks and we were less than impressed at 8.30am the place is dead except for the shop owners scrubbing their shops, but we were offered a free shot which we sadly declined!

first night was a pub crawl and lets just say i was just a tiny bit smashed after the first night i slipped into the ways of kavos quite easily. you go out at night at about 10pm get completely wrecked on an average of about 30euro. would highly recommend the Buzz bar and the crash bar, MC LIpton is wicked. go to Atlantis to chill out for a while stagger back to your room sleep, get up at about 12pm go to the pool sit there all day baking in the sun jumpin in he pool frolicking in the sea etc etc. then go out and do it all again! one thing i will say is keep out the way of them fucking touts they do your head in when all you want to do is make your way to the bar you already know you are going to and you have some bloke come put his arm round you and try to convince you to come into their bar which is dead and looks well crap. one word barcrawl thats all you gotta say and they should leave you alone.or failing that just walk alone coz they only target groups of people.

3 things i would recommend that doesnt involve drinking is paragliding expensive but well good and a boat to the blue lagoon.and aqualand if you wanna feel like a kid again!

the beach is ok in kavos but there are people who do have sex on the beach i know this for a fact!!!!!( with my boyfriend not some random bloke!) girls watch out in kavos its over run with horny blokes/boys! must say i found it quite boring during the day just lounging in the sun but there are plenty of small shops where you can pick up some nice things.if you're willing to spend beer money on nice things!

ive been back nearly a week from Kavos and im still recovering but it was definitely worth it, everyone is there to have a good time didnt get any trouble whatsoever and the reps are brilliant in their own little ways there are a few with a face like a slapped arse but i wont go in to that!

all in all i would recommend Kavos to anyone who is out for a laugh. but if you dont like alcohol and loud music 24-7 this is not the place for you! would go back in a flash, well after my liver has recovered!
