This party Key is located just off the Grove- Coconut Grove to those not in the know. It's not actually attached to the rest of the key chain. It lies right off the coolest area in South Miami and is accessable by the Bay Bridge (over Biscayne Bay). If you're headed out that way, stop off at the Planetarium or the Museum of Science by the Miami side of the bridge. Viscaya, a European-style stately home, is also in that area.
