I've been to Turkey with my family three times previous to this visit to Kusadasi. Once to Chesme, once to Marmaris and Kusadasi again. I do not remember too much because I was very young but now I am eighteen I remember quite a lot about my final holiday with my parents. Kusadasi is situated on the South West coast of Turkey and is about an hour ...  Read the complete review

We spent a week in Kusadasi in a small family run BnB in the town centre.i have been to a few different cities in turkey and really recommend kusadasi! alot of cruise ships tend to stop over in the town for a day or two which means the prices sometimes go up, but tell them your staying in the town and the prices are more reasonable! ...  Read the complete review

There is a small store called WalMart (no relation to the US chain) near the port in Kusadasi that sells replica watches, glasses, etc. Granted you know that's what you're buying, and you wouldn't expect it to be genuine and last very long. There were about 4 of us that bought various items. Every single one of them broke within 4 months. Per ...  Read the complete review

Before my first trip to Turkey I was basing my expectation on stories of very forward locals and some generally unpleasant rumours.I could barely have been more wrong. As a group of 15 people, 21-22 years old, I can safely say for everyone that our holiday couldnt have gone better. We weren't looking for an Ibiza type holiday, and ...  Read the complete review

I recently undertook a cruise with my family of which there are 4 other members (I am by the way a fifteen year old boy/man, hybrid of the two). It was much akin to the typical British cruise which would be predominantly filled with pensioners and families except it was an Italian cruise holiday. This to be honest has no relevance to the review of ...  Read the complete review

I have just come back from a holiday in Kusadasi.......what can I say we were hasseled from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We stayed at the Hotel Fantasia in Kusadasi, which is a beautiful 5 star hotel overlooking the sea...the problem was not with the hotel but with the town of Kusadasi and the shopkeepers.....we could not walk down ...  Read the complete review

At the beginning of June 01, we decided to go on holiday. Two weeks later we landed in Turkey bound the Hotel Adakule on the north side of Kusadasi. The hotel first. It offered genuine 5 star Turkish comfort - I suppose that's about 4 star UK. Great food, and too much of it. The resort was about a mile away, but at 600,000 TL (33p UK) ...  Read the complete review

I went to Kusadasi a couple of years ago with my family. It was great. Kusadasi is one of the more quieter resorts of Turkey and really more suitable for families with small children, and couples just wanting to get away from the humdrum of everyday life. By no means does this make it a dull place to be!! Hotels usually organise Turkish nights ...  Read the complete review

The small sea port of Kusadasi lies on the West coast of Turkey, a few miles North East of the Greek Island of Samos and a similar distance South of the ancient port of Ephesus, home to one of the wonders of the ancient world, The Temple of Artemis. The week we spent in Kusadasi was my first visit to Turkey. As it was a freebie (Lucky ole me) I ...  Read the complete review

Kusadasi is a tourist port on the West Coast of Turkey. Just below Ephesus. Turn right on the road from Selcuk and you can't miss it. Big place. And I really liked it. This is a busy place. It's also a hot place. It's a popular stop off point for cruise ships, so add this to the general tourist numbers staying in and around ...  Read the complete review

We went to Kusadasi several years ago, when the kids were quite young. They were then very blond. The Turks absolutely love kids and go quite gaga over blonds. Everywhere we went we got preferential treatment. I can't say that Kusadasi is a pretty town, it isn't but it is interesting. It is a regular port for the cruise liners ...  Read the complete review

KUSADASSI did not inspire me at all but the exchange rate was brilliant and the sun beckoned. The beach was called ladies beach, I have no idea why but I didn't care as long as there was sand and sea and there was. By day we lounged on loungers, as you do and in the evening we headed into town for a meal and a few drinks of course. The ...  Read the complete review
