I have just returned from visiting my step-daughter and family in Kuwait. They have lived there for over twenty years but I have had no real desire to visit the place before. Unfortunately, it's not a place that you are going to be able to visit at the moment as a visa is necessary and it has to be sponsored. This could change in the future as the country is looking to tourism to generate income to get away from a dependence on oil. They will have to change more than entry requirements though to ever become a tourist destination.
