Lagos is an island, which comprises of various isles. It has over fifty beatiful beaches. There are also over fifty private beaches with beatiful palm trees where you can be served fresh coocnut drinks and local palm wine. There are local palm wine tappers. These are the people that brew the local traditional win, which is the palm wine. Because it comes from the palm trees. Every year large corporate companies organise music festivals on the beaches attended by thousands of young music lovers. The city is also known for highlife music; jazz and afrobeats.
