Advantages: relaxing and beautiful

Disadvantages: not much to do in the evenings

We have been to Lake Bled in Slovenia. Booked on ceefax for about £600 for 2 weeks half board in the Hotel Park.

It was wonderful. We went in September and found that most things had actually stopped by then. The season was running down but it was still great.

We are a young couple with no children (then) and found that it was catered for the older generation. But we still loved it. It is a very beautiful country and has a very relaxed atsmohsphere... If anyone likes walking then it is fantastic. There is a place in Bled that has to be visited it is called the Brown Bear and has the most fantastic cakes!

I would recommend it to people who like walking, experiencing a different culture.

I wouldnt recommend it to anyone that wants a nightlife!
