Mecca ... is the capital city of Saudi Arabia's Makkah province, in the historic Hejaz region. It has a population of 1,294,167 (2004). The city is located 73 kilometres (45 miles) inland from Jeddah, in the narrow sandy Valley of Abraham, 277 metres (909 ft) above sea level. It is located 80 kilometres (50 miles) from the Red Sea.

There are lots of sacred places which different faiths believe in. all of these places are known as holy no matter what faith you are. ths kaaba in mekkah is the same. when i went there i couldnt believe that the kaaba had been made. it was very amazing teh way it mustve been built. also i found that there were loads of people there even thoigh it wasnt the time of hajj. this is a sacred time of the year when it is recommended taht muslims should come. this has to be perford by a muslim at least once in their lives providing that they can afford it. i also saw that everything was clean and tidy. i recommend taht you visit this very auspicious place. ...  Read the complete review
