Having visited for the day on a previous trip we were determined to stay in Molyvos. It is one of those rare experiences where it does live up to the guide book photos. For a beach you need really to pop along to nearby Petra, which is also a delightful village, but otherwise Molyvos (ancient Mythimna) has it all.
