Advantages: One of the most fulfilling countries I have ever visited.

Disadvantages: Very poor.

Undeniably, Mongolia is a poor country and it's obvious from just looking at the streets. Fundamentally, Mongolia is a country with a very important future and a very prosperous one. As foreign business slowly moves in, the economy will slowly grow and this can be seen all over the city, including the inclusion of modern night clubs and international hotels that cater for even the most lavish lifestyles.
There are a moderate number of street children, perhaps twenty or so around the central region of the city, at least they were the ones I saw. Mongolia is interesting because in the city you do see the same people over and over again, and you can. Officially there's 4,100 street children, as of 1997 and as costs rise people cannot afford to look after the children. In reality though there are places for these children to go. Mongolia, however, is a wonderful country, and everyone should think of it as a little step away from the ordinary.

Summary: Slowly becoming a voice in international tourism.

As Azana said, it is oddly contradictory - and your claim that it's one of the most fulfilling countries you've ever visited is not explained - what's so fulfilling about it? Tell us about it's unique culture, what to see, where to go.

Sorry, I have to agree, this is contradictory, strangely written and I am not sure if you are talking about the country or a town.
