Advantages: Big Roads, Big Food Portions, Lots to do

Disadvantages: Really need a car to get anywhere

When you arrive at Orlando Airport you can easily hire a car by taking the Car Rental Company's shuttle bus, We booked through holiday autos and Alamo was the rental company, it's like a theme park in itself, the kids can wait next to the drinks machines outside and wait for the rental car to pull up by the parent then hop in, it's quite funny as you wait because you think oh will they upgrade for free, basically if you get offered an upgrade then it's because they don't have your compact but the trick is to say no I don't want an upgrade, so you end up with an upgrade for free.
Orlando has a huge abundance of Quality Hotels and Motels, Motels will be similar to that of the Travel Inn in the UK.
There's Lot's to do here even without going to the theme parks. Why not try going to Kissimmee airport Located 2 miles off the 192 Highway which is the main strip between mile marker 10 and 13 near kissimmee walmart, you can go on a plane ride...If you want a cool Heli Ride then stay on the 192 road and head towards international drive on the 192 and somewhere on the right you will see helicopters at the side of a few buildings...
If you need food then the best place is the Kissimmee walmart on the 192...it's huge.
Another free attraction would be OLD Town at 5770 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy 192
If you like classic cars then you can see a drive through of cars every thursday. There is also arcades and shops and rides including the big catapult that slings you into the air to about 300 feet and this is charged.
There are a few places to drink here with some country music.
Don't forget to try the "IHOP International House of Pancakes" Or Denny's pancakes.
Also Visit the Orlando mall which is on orange blossom trail and has everything from Sear's to Saks 5th avenue, though I did have a laugh by going near their department store of saks and seeing absolutly no-one in there.
They are open till about 9pm except sundays is till 6pm.
Offcourse there are other attractions which are prices alot higher, such as Disney Land and Sea World along with universal studios.

Summary: Good for theme parks
