Advantages: Clean, friendly and cheap

Disadvantages: None

Having lived in Port Elizabeth for just under a year and subsequently visited there many times I find that it is indeed the most friendly city in the country.
A clean beautiful city with sandy beaches, lively nightlife and loads of attractions for the whole family.
Whatever type of holiday you enjoy, Port Elizabeth can offer you the very best of what you want - from a campsite holiday to a five star hotel.
Attractions include Bayworld, St George's Park, Settler's Park and loads of historical buildings.
If you are visiting South Africa be sure not to miss this beautifull city which is less than 2 hours away by plane from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.

Considering how much there is to see and do around Port Elizabeth this was a rather dissapointing review.

This opinion is superficial, far too general and gives very little specific information about Port Elizabeth. Where are the good places to go for eating, shopping, entertainment etc. Are there an areas that tourists should avoid?
