We go here several times a year as my parents have a house in the nearby town of Pollenca. 'The port' as it is sometimes known is very different from the old town and attracts a different clientele. I have been here twice, both times on a family holiday. My family has since visted here 3 more times. It is beautiful place. It takes about an hour to get there from Palma airport depending wether you have to wait for others to be dropped off first etc. The marina is absolutly stunning, from small fishing boats ... I visited here in June and was here for a week but could have stayed for longer.I stayed in the Hotel Pollensa and must say the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.The beach is just across the other side of the road and you are there so that was another great advantage.
