Redang Island or Pulau Redang is a remote island off the shore of Terengganu state. There are a few other islands near by, too, e.g. Pulau Perhentian Besar, Pulau Perhentian Kecil ...

The cystal clear water allows you too see the bottom of the deep sea, the colourful corals, the colourful and lively tropical sea fishes, rare turtle, vegetarian sharks, very very huge eel and gigantic fishes. The sea spares no privacy! The islands are rather untouched by the fast economic development of the country.

It is rather a cheap to visit this Isaland, especially when you have strong pounds. All you need is only about eighty to one hundred pounds for a decent challet for a 3 days 2 nights stay which will include local meals (rice), snokerling, island hoping and most of the equipment you need.

Definitely a cheap paradise for sea lovers.
