Although the name Sierra Leone appears to be an Italian name, Sierra Leone is a country found in the west of West Africa. The country has a lot of good and a bit bad things about it in history. Although the country is taught to be very backward and undeveloped, there are several good features about this place. The Beaches; Sierra Leone has one of the best beaches in Africa. The popular ones include No.2 Beach, Toke, John Obey and Lumley beach. Both white sanded and yellow sanded beaches are found here. An amazing place to visit in Sierra Leone is the Banana Island.
