We have over 60 and have just returned from an 11 day Thomson's holiday at the Hotel Eden, Simirone - Lake Garda. This was a B&B deal at the Eden Hotel. The Hotel was excellent and is highly recommended BUT eating out in Simirone was an unpleasant suprise. Simirone is a walled village at the end of a peninsula. The restraunts seem to be part of a "cartel" with very little difference in prices which are around 25% to 30% more than other Lake side resorts. This means that a simple two course evening meals with 1/2 carafe of house wine come in at around £45 to £50 for 2 people.
