Advantages: everything is amazing from the locals to the things that you can experiance

Disadvantages: nothing

As i havnt been back since the Tsunami, I can only give an account of what happened before it.

It was truely wonderful! I had a guide who drove me and my family around the whole of Sri Lanka, from Kandy to the tea plantations. Treking through the rainforrest was incredible and the wildlife was amazing. But also the people made the trip even better. They all would talk and shake hands with you, even would buy a drink. It was almost as if being treated like a celebrity in the hot, humidity of this wonderful country. The histroy of the buddhist reigion is seen through out the country as there are lots of buddhist monks. I was lucky enough to go and climb the religious mountain which was exhausting but the views were incredible and the palace on top was amazing.
There is so much to say about Sri Lanka that it takes alot of time to remember all of it. But if your looking for a place to experiance something which is out of this world and wanting to experiance a completly different life? Then this is a one in a life time place to come!
